I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. im a travel agent and want to have this website.
Clients – refers to hotels and houses
• Customers – refers to a person that will booking/reserving hotel/house
• PaaS – Platform-as-a-Service
III. Website Features
• The website will be considered as a “PaaS” since we will be a platform for clients to reach their customers.
• Client Portal - Clients will have a application page, in which they can register their hotel / house
i. We will need the necessary information to be captured / requested
ii. Once approve, they will have their own “Client Portal” in which they can manage their account
1. They’ll be able to add rooms, description, availability. Etc.
2. They’ll be able to see all booked/reserved customers
• Customer Portal
i. Registration Page
ii. Account Management Page
iii. Booking Management Page (They’ll be able to see all existing bookings)
• Site will include 10 languages
• Need confirmation on how to handle (cancellation, re-booking, re-scheduling etc.)
• Implement payment module (paypal, mastercard,visa, etc.)
• System Admin Portal
i. Hotel / House approval system
1. Will consist of admin site in which moderator can verify the hotel / house applicants
2. Once approved hotel will have their own dynamic page (displaying information rooms etc.)
ii. Accounting Management Portal
1. Will consist of transaction listed on the site
2. Will contain management of errors on payment
3. Refund management
4. Payment remittance to Clients
