Test Forms Application

Desktop or web application. That connects to a DB. In case of no connectivity can work offline, and sync the data later on. So the application should work online and offline. The application is about filling forms for QA tests for equipment. Admin manages projects. Projects has many equipment. Each equipment corresponds to a one test form. The test form has in average about 70 fields. There are about 10 standard forms. Each test might have multiple versions as the test might be redone in the future. So the test should be associated with a date. The admin should create accounts for the users or engineers. Engineers can fill these forms. The admin then can check how many test are done per project, and then calculate the progress (for example 3 forms out of 10, mean 30%). The admin can generate a report, which is the result of all 10 tests in done single document. The document will be appended with an overall test result, action points, and comments made by admin.
