Rockstar needed - Shopify Theme Designer, Conversion expert, UI/UX For the Next Booster Theme 3.0

You’re a master at Shopify theme designing and UX ? 

 You over communicate and give your clients confidence as you’re able to make progress towards the goals you’ve set together ?

 You know exactly what to do to improve a website conversion rate just minutes after looking at one ? 
We are looking for an experienced person that has done lots of theme designing and coming up with new ideas of various ways to optimize the website conversions of a web page/website. A Shopify theme designer to brainstorm and prepare the next version of Booster Theme. We already have tons of suggestions and improvement idea from our customers. Our theme is developed on the opposite way than most of the other theme developers. CONVERSION FIRST, DESIGN SECOND. Our theme is made to increase sales, so we are not searching to complicate the sales process. [login to view URL] Have in mind that the current theme is improved and tested in more than 8000 Shopify Store. I'm not looking to make a total make over but more to improve the version 2.0 and launch a new version 3.0. I'm more searching to perfection the current design and make some little improvement. 

This is for a long-term position, but the person needs to have a lot of experience when it comes to coming up with various ways to improve the conversions of a web page.
