Please find below my queries: - Forms need to digitally signed or you are saying it could be done manually, please confirm me. - Sent to all the investigators, that match. - Is there would be any special algorithm to determine this match? - Address range would be calculated from Investigator address from client address? - If at any case, all employees reject the case then what would happen? one more thing if a case accepted by someone, then can others go for this or it would blocked for others. - If there is no investigator found then I think the process described would happen manually, clear me if I am wrong at any case. - Now, when investigator will proceed with client. Is there will be any specific form which need to fill by the investigator? You mentioned that they will be able to signed the document. Is this document will change according to case? I am not sure if there are different type of course type. - You mentioned farm will use the system so is there any chance where they can edit the process flow? Hello.. I have read details. I understand that you need a responsive web application (please correct if I am wrong, because a website is a different concept). I have some questions to clarify requirements: 1) Will there be more than one coordinators in the system? 2) An Investigator can create others users? But can there be an investigator without having any futher accounts? 3) In case a person has registered in the system, but he has not mentioned his firm, how will you link it up to the investigator? 4) I understand the template. But are we talking about WORD or PDF? Please clarify, if you need one or both. I have some more questions which might arise after I receive answers on the above. Tx.
