I'm working on an animation of some characters that I have, but honestly I'm terrible drawing backgrounds (many artists will understand the terror of making them, uGH) so I'm looking for someone to make me like these: [login to view URL] (pls see it) please leave examples if you are interested, the payment will be directly in paypal, so that they do not charge fees and get the exact payment (because I have not seen anyone doing this ?, is it illegal?). Can we discuss the price in chat? I do not have one in mind but I do not have a very high budget, so the one I set an example does not count. *I need the backgrounds in 2d!, like in the video :o. thanks for reading!.
