I have 4 new Instagram + Facebook + twitter social media account 'brands' I need graphics for. Each of the 4 social media brands will be used for building followers with property/real-estate interests. Each of the 4 will have both facebook, twitter and instagram pages - which need to have the same look and feel within each account. BUT I need each of the 4 to have a different look and feel - appropriate to the audience. The brand names are: SuperLuxeProperty <- for very high end property, think 'luxury brand' HomeWorthyHouses <- for nice family homes, think comfort and amenity HomeWorthyApartments <- for nice family apartments/units/condos InvestmentWorthyProperty <- perfect for investment (eg: home units for renting out, airbnb, etc) Number 2,3 & 4 are part of the same brand family, so have same brand consistency with typeface, but individual logos. We need: Logo Unique Typeface Design including logo / typeface branding for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Design content for Social media: 1x Banner image 851px width X 315px Height. 1x Display photo 168px Square The above needs to be high res and suitable for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram profile branding. The banner images should not incorporate the logo, but should include graphics (eg: house photos, homeware images, etc) in a stylish way BUT if you give to us as a layered photoshop document, we can swap out with photos of our own choosing (ie: you can use placeholder photos/imagery). Of course, if you create an awesome banner that doesnt require actual photos, thats fine also! We need the below upon delivery: EPS. Illustrator files of each logo and typeface. Fonts PSD / Vector originals of images used for social medias.
