Need Qualitiy Graphic Designer for Apparel Business

We are an ecom business, which specializes on print on demand products including but not limited to t-shirts, coffee mugs, jewelry, shoes and much more. We search for a consistent quality graphic designer who has some previous work done in this space. The product graphic designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating these designs. Designs required will come in a variety of styes: anything from simple text designs with a few color silhouettes for tshirts to more intricate colorful designs for canvas prints and necklaces to cartoony illustrations for drinkware and so on... For now I need a graphic designer for one tshirt/sweater design. For this design I'll pay a fixed rate. If I like the work we can start a good business relationship with many more designs. I have many more design ideas, so if I'm satisfied with the first design I would want to work with you directly on more designs. Required: -Have a wide range of art skills including photoshop, illustration, and editing skills to handle all of these styles. -Have a creative outlook on product design with the target audience in mind. -Be able to hit consistent weekly project deadlines.
