I need a new website

Hi, I need a software, web based. I want to input 1 (or more URL). And the software will create a video from these URL. I need to be able to choose how long video will be. So you will adapt page scrolling speed (from top page to bottom page). I need to be able to add (upload) an audio file. Or maybe choose a copyright free song from youtube library ([login to view URL]). Ideally, I could give an URL in order to extract the MP3 from it. And add it to the project. There should be an option to add text (in overlay). Choose font, size, color, and when text will appear. And disappear. About export, I need to be able to choose resolution and FPS.
