Need 1 high resolution cover design for my technology book.

Hello, I need a talented graphics designer to create a Front Cover design for my e-book. The E-Book has a Title and a Subtitle. The Title is: "How to Survive and Thrive as a Software Developer". The Subtitle is: "The Secrets you Need to Know". Here are my requirements: It needs to be an Image 2000px in width by 3200px in height. I need to receive the final Photoshop OR Sketch file so that I can later edit the TEXT on the cover, and try out other Titles and Subtitles. So I need to get the project files in the end, and not just the image. I will be testing different titles, besides these, and need it to be flexible, so the whole cover doesn't have to be re-created from scratch. The book is about Software Development, industry experience lessons, information about different types of businesses and companies, unique technology stories, and key lessons that people need to know when working as a Programmer or a Mobile Developer. The book is targeted at young people who are either studying business, technology or computer science. I want the book to look very cutting edge, and innovative. I want it to resonate with today's trends and styles. So being heavily influenced by Social Media is a Plus. The design needs to grab attention and convert well on sales with digital advertising on many platforms such as Facebook, Google Adsense, and Instagram. I want you to suggest something creative and unique that's your unique gift or talent. Feel free to be as imaginative and creative as you want. I want you to express yourself, and showcase your biggest strengths. If it's photography, then it can be a photographic cover. If it's sketch or drawing, that's fine too. But it needs to have personality, be unique and original. You need to own all the rights to the image material used, or use free stock images, because I don't want to run into copyright issues with the photography or drawings used later... The standard for quality I have is high, so it really needs to look great aesthetically: The colors, fonts, placement and spacing all need to integrate together. Additionally, I want to see a specific "Theme" being used, as to evoke an emotional response in people as soon as they see it. Before we start, please let me know what your idea for the cover would be. I will be doing 3 different covers, by 3 different people, and then testing them online, before a winning cover is chosen. So I will be posting this small job 3 times.
