Modern design start to finish of productivity APP for Android and IOS

I want you to create a quite complex Productivity APP (about 10 screens), which looks modern and well designed and integrates latest technology features such as: -Widgets -Smart Calendar view -Automatically adding events to your phone calendar -User accounts -Social features such as adding your friends who have the app by connecting to facebook -Social features specific to the app (e.g. applauding a friend for an achievement) -Autogenerated graphs (that look good) based on progress. -Other features to be announced at a later date. You will also need to take care of uploading it to the app stores (Android and IOS) I will give you the full requirements of what features I want on what screen and some design ideas, however you will also have to take initiative and design certain things yourself. I am looking more for a partner that I pay on this rather than just a one-time job freelancer. That is why I am willing to give up to 40% equity of the APP, meaning 40% of the APP revenue from monetization too. This would obviously be combined with some form of payment for you to live with while developing the APP.
