Menu board for BBQ restaurant

I would like to have designed a menu board that resembles the examples. The examples are ideas only, design is up to you. I want to have the chalk board look to it, so "chalkboard" type fonts need to be used for the "hand drawn" look, like the examples. I will be printing it on actual blackboard, so the price area next to the item will be written in later. Some added graphics like in the examples would be nice to make it look good. You can incorporate "colored" chalk look, but needs to look authentic. I will include the items for the menu, but this needs to be laid out to look good and make sense, so the lay out is not really defined. The overall size of the usable area will be 24" tall by 96" wide. I will require the layout to be done in adobe illustrator and any fonts used need to be included in case I need to make changes later. This needs to look modern and cool, like the examples. Please leave and area of about 8" x 8" in the very top center of the area for me to drop in the logo of the establishment. Please look at the examples, as that is the look I am after. The design is up to you. I would like a couple of graphic elements if you think of something, but not mandatory. Just need the coolness factor. I will include an upload of the ideas and look I am after and the actual menu items for this layout.
