Hi Freelancers.
Today I want to produce some Real Estate presentation class mini brochures to send out to potential rental clients.
I am using a simple structure at the moment. I am getting the information on the properties from an online database.
1. I am saving all the images into a file uploaded to dropbox (simple "save image as" from the website)
2. I then produce a 2 or 3 page summary document in word using 3 or 4 of the images and copying and pasting selected text (Always the same information) into the document.
3. Each mini brochure then includes a google map link to the property (google map is on the database).
4. Each brochure also has a link to the pictures in the dropbox directory.
5. Finally the finished brochure is outputed as a pdf file.
6. The saved file name of the documents includes a reference number also copied and pasted from the database.
So I want all the files uploaded to a dropbox account and a finished pdf document for each brochure. At the moment it takes me 10 to 15 minutes to produce a finished brochure and I want around 50 different brochures produced.
I will provide the information for the search results that I want you to produce to get the information from the database that I want. A good command of English will also be an advantage as some editing may be needed on the copied text.
If you can not edit to native English standards then this is not a problem as I can provide final editing although this would be reflected in the budget for this project.
