Make a short animation ad

I want to create a short video to loop on Facebook/Instagram as an Ad. (~15 seconds?) The content I want to promote is a referral program for my business: [login to view URL] I would like to turn this content into a video and am currently thinking of a simple white-board animation with a background narrative. The narrative in the background should read something along the lines of: Do you have family or friends who work at a startup and need help exercising their employee stock options? Help them out right now by telling them about the Employee Stock Option Fund. ESO Fund provides funding for them and takes on the risk of exercising while letting them keep the upside! Keep your friends from losing their stock options: Send them over to us now and receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card instantly. The animation could show a person telling someone (characteristics: a friend, a startup employee, has employee stock options (usually a piece of paper), in predicament etc.) about ESO Fund (with a speech balloon of the logo, which is attached). The friend then is able to get money and turn his/her options into stocks. Then, at the end, the referrer receives a gift card and everyone is happy. Everything is a preliminary draft and I am open to creative suggestions!
