Make a PSD Template from an image

We have a .jpg image (image A) containing text, patterns, a Photo, microprint, offset colors and a visible UV pattern which is shown clearly. The image quality is fine. We also have a second image (image B) which is pretty much the same as the first image however the second image is a fully editable .PSD file with numerous layers. Our problem is "image A" is slightly different from "image B" whereas "image A" is a never version of "image B". However "image A" is already .PSD file and has everything needed for production and also "image A" is the image we'd like to use for future production. But "image A" does not have mainly the UV image that "image B" has and is therefore outdated. So instead of created a new template from "image B", and since they are identical except for the UV image and a small icon in the upper corner, we only need the UV pattern on "image B" extracted, filled in in the areas where it may not be visible and saved as a layer in the correct UV color settings so we can just add it to "image A" and make it fully updated. Everything else on the 2 images is the same. Also the backside of both images are slightly different with "image B) having a light blue pattern embedded in the background of a text field. We need that extracted also. This should be easy for a PS expert or very skilled graphic artist so we ask for a little bit of urgency but quality work. The size and dimensions of the saved extracted UV is important also. Please only serious inquiries and capable PS skilled techs please.
