I have a small project that requires some design. I needed a blog theme customized and installed properly into a new domain.
It's sort of a hybrid between these two sites but has some simular features to

These are the terms
1. I need to find someone who is not TOO busy on just bidding for projects and now time to do proper work. This project will need about 1 month, I am willing to choose some with dedication time over lots of energy and busy.
2. The project is NOT given to the highest bidder, it will be awarded to one who is knowledgable and experienced
3. Great design is essential but people skills and a portfolio is MANDATORY.
