Hello, I am looking to hire full time a Senior Web Designer. You must be able to produce PSDs from scratch up to sliced HTML code. Skills Required 1. Full time online and available 8 hours per day 2. HTML5 – CSS – Responsive bootstrap expert 3. Design from scratch and also able to design a full user experience 4. Excellent English skills both verbal and written I will only consider candidates that 1. Have portfolio and feedback here on freelancer 2. are Freelancers and not companies 3. That will design one page to test their ability to understand my requirements and provide mockup. It would be great if you have experience with Joomla and ideally won a content here on Freelancer. All payments will be on a weekly basis when tasks are finalized and always PSDs are uploaded and delivered. Payments only through freelancer. From my side the payment for every week will be deposited in advance as a milestone. I will complete ignore companies that they try to sell teams, experts etc. Time wasters not welcome you can see my profile and you will understand that I am looking for professionals only!
