Design a Scratch Off World Map with Details in Adobe Illustrator #revised version

Design a Scratch Off World Map with Details in Adobe Illustrator ONLY Advanced Adobe Illustrator Experts. Do not Apply if you are an intermediate. I need a designer to design 3 Adobe AI files for me. The product will be a world map that countries can be scratched off by the customer. The map will be around these dimensions : 80 (w) x 60 (h) centimeters (files should be of high resolution that if we need a bigger version, we can easily re-size) I also want to work together with somebody responsive who shows me milestones of the work so we can discuss whether something looks good or bad. I attach some examples so you get an idea. I will need 3 designs from you. I) The first will be the map BEFORE the countries are scratched off. The countries can only be gold, copper or silver (will give you exact HEX Codes). I think the best looking will be copper/gold. On this scratch layer I will need the country borders, country names and capital cities and the outline of the districts of all the bigger nations like USA states, Canadian provinces and Australian States, Brasil, Russia, China etc. The outlines should be visible and have labels as well. They should be thinner than the national country borders. The scratch layer should only be covering all the landmass and NOT the flags. II) The 2nd Adobe AI file will be what the countries look like AFTER the foil is scratched off. -This will need to show country name, capital and major cities within the countries. -The map must be up to date according to the official national borders 2017. -The map should be detailed with topographic details like relief of mountains, oceans and major waters with names. So basically the basis of the map should not just look good but also be an informative, educational world map. -Each country will need to be a VIBRANT bright color. 2 countries or states bordering each other should be of different colors and not the same like on political world maps. -I will need the outline of the districts of bigger nations here also. -I will also need 221 flags divided in 3/3 rows on top and at the bottom (I will provide a list when you need it -The flags need to be complemented with country name and capital city -There should be an enlargement of the Caribbean and Europe on the left and right bottom side (also with scratch layer like on sample picture) and two small pictures of the arctic on the top (also like on sample) -the background, in other words the oceans, should be in a light blue color like on a traditional map but adapted so it fits to the rest of the design. If you have other design/color ideas tell me. -In the middle of the bottom side there need to be place for my logo (somewhere at the Antarctic) around all of that I want a decent frame (also seen on sample picture) III) The 3rd file will be the Adobe AI file for the packaging. This will come in a gift style tube (see attached examples). Will need to have a barcode . The rest of the gift tube design is up to you but I would suggest a simple and elegant design. Gift tube dimensions are : 63 (h) x 5,5 (in diameter) cm (again should be of high resolution as we should be able to re-size it without any issues in the quality) Please include some design samples you have done. BIG BIG plus if you have any cartography/map experience and geography knowledge. Google "scratch off maps“ to get more ideas BUT it should not be copied!! I will verify the designs. You are free to get ideas. I want to have designed an optically more appealing map with a beautiful design.
