Design an Original T-Shirt For my Private Brand

I am looking for a graphic designer to create a custom and original design for my brand Evianchy. Evianchy is a clothing company that creates dark colored street wear geared towards the young tattooed, motocross/Motorsports crowd but will have a fashion twist. The designs I will need created will include basics designs and some that are more complex. The inspirations for my brand are Unit clothing, Givenchy, Sullen clothing. The ideal candidate should be able to create a good quality graphic that fits the theme of the company and be able to create it with the specifications I will provide. I will need two shirts and a logo created. The first shirt will be modeled after two shirt designs that I will provide but it is to be more like one than the other, I will explain this later. The design to explain it shortly it is black shirt with American flag in a vertical position. The lines of the American flag will consist of a semitransparent, black and white, $100 American dollar bills. The dollar bills should be the most recent versions of the hundred dollar bill and the line should not consist of a single one hundred dollar bill but should be comprised of multiple. I visualize this design to be similar to a number of dollar bills scattered and that image is what will comprise the lines. The back will consist on EVIANCHY centered on the top half of the t shirt and underneath it will be four white stars. The whole shirt is to be black and white. The second t shirt design is to be modeled after a t-shirt design I will give you. To explain it simple it will be a black t shirt with two semi thick white lines around the sleeves they are to revolve around the whole sleeve. Towards the base of the shirt it should also have two lines that are semi thick white lines that will revolve around the entire t shirt. Centered towards the upper half of this black t-shirt is the word, “EVNCHY” surrounded by stars and the stars are to form the shape of a rectangle. The logo I want created should suit the theme of the brand. Which is a cross between Givenchy, sullen, and unit clothing. The logo should be similar to Givenchy’s simplistic style whereas the designs should be geared more toward the style of sullen brand clothing.
