Build a Website - Services - E-commerce - SaaS

I am looking to create an online services business which connects customers with professional contractors/vendors in the Maintenance, Operations, Repairs and Engineering (`MORE') fields. The site will need to have the following as part of the design: - Home page with search for services - question and answer prompts for services to understand project needs - contact options, eg via email, text or through app - Post a request for services - contractor / vendor Send quotations - contractor / vendor payment or credit in order to send quotations with link to recognized payment add ons such as PayPal, others - customer receive quotations - Accept jobs - Customer profile - Contractor/Vendor profile - Contractor review by customers with feedback and star rating - dashboards for both customers and contractors - translation support - mailchimp integration - standard Web pages such as contact us, blog, etc The site should be compatible for laptop, pc, iPad, iPhone and Android devices. I plan to build apps for Apple and Android for the professional contractors who pay for subscriptions and credits. I need the design/website for the following : a) each Web page and pop-up b) CMS c) Quote and Invoice application (SaaS) The milestones will be based on the following: 1) Downpayment 10% 2) Completion of design work - approx 30% - this will be quite iterative 3) Completion of working website and CMS approx 30% 4) Bug fixing and testing and handover of source code 30% Please contact me first before bidding!!
