Undoubtedly comdev will be an appropriate solution for any real estate portal; but I have faced few issues in working with this. - I have faced difficulties to get main menu to land on a new page showing sub-categories. - Not only this, also have faced issues with joomla directory and Joomla Events linked with this portal. - As far I recall, I faced Group ID issues as well. - Yes, most frustrating was issue with images. I was not able to see images due to some reason. - It was a time taking task to build a directory of organisation with specific search fields. - Few bug issues was there with comdev theme. Anyway, I need to keep those things before start working with this. - There will be a search section at the front page with various options. User be able to search properties by location, type of property, Maximum price & Minimum Price range etc and many more. - On search all available options be viewed in a map view and also a list view as well. - At left hand side of the search result page there will be advance search module so that user can shortlist the options from the all available options. - On click of any particular option, user be able to view the all details about that property. > I am curious to know whether it will be a multi lingual platform or not? > Also interested to know whether user be able to make online booking for property or not? > Need to discuss whether there will be any chat system integrated with or not?
