I have two projects. Let me describe the first. It is a full ecommerce website with features like:
1. Weekly deals and news. Top 10 products etc.
2. Analytics about price history of various products, popularity etc. in a nice graphical form.
3. A separate page for more analytics where uses can get more analytics information and graphs such as compare price history of various products, see their popularity of products over time, see how many people bought a product, see reviews etc.
4. Ability to submit review for various products.
5. Advanced search for products.
- Using this, users will be able to search for various goods such as eggs, toothpaste etc, and a list of all places where this item is present will be displayed along with price and other details. The website will be driven by a database which will contain information about various items, where they are present, whats the price etc.
- The website will also provide an interface so users can add information to this database (a product, where it is present, price, image more info etc.). It should be slick interface.
- When users will search for the goods, they will get a summary list of all places; this list should be compact, and have brief information such as price, address etc. There will also be icons to like a list entry (will be added to the like list of the user), remove an entry (will not show this entry again), add to cart (adds the item to a cart). The list should dynamically appear as users scrolls down, infinite scrolling. This should be fast and responsive.
When user clicks on a list entry, it (only that entry of the list) should expand expand inline (not a pop up window by expand below) with many more details including some images. When user clicks again or click at some other place the expanded entry collapses.
6. The website should should have all the above features nicely integrated and should look like a professional website. HD quality images and media, etc. Should be high is search engine listing etc. as well.
7. It should be easy to add and update contents by site administrators, content creators - say in the Blog, Forum page or in the main page or in the analytics page.
8. Users should also be able to create account with Facebook/Google and all their information (including their user info, search history and cart, likes, etc.) should be saved in their account.
9. Live chat. Subscribe to newsletter feature, etc.
We are flexible in time and pricing but want very professional looking website with seamless and smooth user experience. Please provide some sample of your work (links to full websites you have fully built). We also have one more similar project, it is a full website for baby name directory with advanced search, analytics graphs, like, wishlist, compare, media, etc. features. We can start either of the two projects first and based on the outcome we will decide if we want to continue with the second project. Once we engage we will provide the full spec.
We also want help in the maintenance of the website.
