This project has been prepared in the framework of the activities related to logically map a Pan-European electrical network. In order to obtain an homogeneous electrical network cross-country, country-level network from Transmission System Operators (TSOs) are collected to be assembled and merged with proper tool to guarantee load flow and a balanced continental network. What is missing in this process is to solve the conflict between equipment unique identifier (RFID) within the network, which are unique at country level but not a European level. On behalf of a big project framework we are looking for a development of a tool accessible by web from all European TSO’s able to register and manage any highly secure electrical equipment used in their country-level network model (Electrical Equipment Asset Management DB – E2AM Database. The system must guarantee consistency, traceability and uniqueness of RFID released. This project must be delivered within two weeks after offer acceptance .
