I need some Graphic Design for my website homepage

I need someone with excellent graphic designing skills and with lots of experience. You can look at my website at [login to view URL] which is currently in progress. I need to have some new banners designed for my website that will go right with my site. Here are the details: 1. Custom Framing: This banner would show how a user can do custom framing in few steps and how simple it is. They chose their own mat colors, frames, add their picture. It can be divided into three sections in one banner or if there is another way, we can discuss it. 2. Frame your diploma: This banner would show a pic of high school or college student holding diploma or something of that sort. It may also show different college diploma frames with different colors and sizes. I am open to other ideas. The motive here is to tell a person they can frame their diplomas. 3. Buy Framed Art: This banner should show pictures of already framed art that a person can buy from our site. 4. Buy Prints and Posters: This banner would show different categories of art prints and posters that we have i.e abstract, landscape, decorative, animals etc. If you scroll down to the page, you will see 4 sections there as well: Framed Art: Again, this should have a different banner from above but that explains the same thing as above. User should be able to see different art we sell. Specials: This sections as titled is for prints, framed art etc. which are on sale. So, I need an attractive banner here showing sale items. In Demand: This section would show the most selling art. So, banner would explain that. Something creative is demanded here. Custom Framing: Again, this would have the same requirement as the banner above but of course would have a different design. This should be so attractive and easy to tell that a person clicks on it right away. Banner should show how easy it is to custom frame in 3 -4 easy steps.
