Hiring a part-time designer

We are looking to hire a desginer on a monthly basis, part time. The designer will need to work for us for a few hours per week. The exact time (morning or afternoon) can be discussed together depending on the freelancer's timezone. You: - Can speak fluent english - Are fast in delivering the assigned designs - Are proficient with photoshop (or equivalent) and illustrator (or equivalent) - Can vary in your style easily from corporate design, to flyers for Clubs - Are up to date with the latest and freshest artwork styles - Have good knowledge of html+css - A little knowledge of Adobe Aftereffects is a nice plus, but not mandatory We: - Will committ you different projects that may vary from logo design to website mockup to Facebook design or to CD artwork design - Will interface with you (and you will interface with the rest of the team) through our online project managament system where you will keep track of each work and how many hours spent on it - Will usually committ you one big work with low priority which you can do when you don't have any other tasks assigned We can pay up to 4$ per hour. In case your work is so stunning that we can get more clients we will be happy to give you a bonus :-). You will be paid at the end of each month. One week of test is mandatory.
