business card update, also design stationary and other branding materials

website: [login to view URL] 1) original business card: you will see it is square with rounded corners. I want new one square with rounded corners 2) On the back of the original card is circuitry... I here's the important part. The initial designer designed this, so that when i sent it to get printed, the actual logo AND the circuits were shiny/glossy/smooth. HOwever, the rest of the card is matte. 3) Also on the front of the business card, just the logo is shiny/glossy/smooth. The rest is matte. I want the new business card to be the same with the updated branding materials Other stationary items: just normal generic stationaries the usual with my branding information. Available in all usual formats including word, pdf, and whatever format to send to printer, and whatever other common formats - I do not have the original business card EPS files, just a scanned image of it (see attached) thanks
