Virtual Tour for Hotel Presentation 2

I need a virtual presentation (~60s) like [login to view URL] or if you cant download it from [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I do not mind what tool you will use (3d studio max, Xsi, Cd3, Blenderuse, Maya) I will provide , photos, ground floor and video. In fact you have to do exactly same presentation with same camera movements. The file attached is the one from a freelancer that disappeared without finishing his work. So i think it will be really easy to understand what i need as it is exactly what you see with better rendering. Please provide examples of your work. I will not consider profiles that do not have similar examples or provide me entire personal web site. I just need 1-2 urls to judge your level. I need someone with good knowledge & experience and good computer CPU power (in order to have fast rendering results). I need a long term collaboration so please provide a reasonable price that will allow me to make a profit on resellings. Thank You
