Hello, I'm a french developer specialized in web applications and php development. Your project looks great and I have to say that it's nice for an HTML coder to see the template designs before thinking about involve in the project. The designs are good and it would be pretty easy to code with clean (and crossbrowser!) W3C html/css. All my PSD to HTML works are pixel perfect, even on default input selects, radios ou checkboxes styles witch I override with Javascript for a much better look and best user experience.
