Build a Website

I would like to have a dating website designed. MEMBERSHIP: Free to join, never a monthly fee. Instead, Dating Website is based upon a 'point system' instead of a monthly subscription. The member would purchase points through paypal or by credit card ([login to view URL]) and each time the member chooses someone to contact, it would subtract X number of points from his/her balance. IE member chooses to contact 3 people, it would subtract 30 points (10 points ea) from the member's points bucket. If insufficient remaining points, member would purchase more points. Here is the catch, both people must agree to meet before there is a charge to each member's points. IE, if man wants to meet woman, but woman is not interested, we cannot charge man's points. So there must be some mechanism to see if both want to meet, then charge both accounts 10 points for instance. MATCH MAKING: There would be a "Dating Advisor" login (there could be many dating advisors) and these advisors would do the match making, matching members up with each other (perhaps some drag/drop interface on backend). Dating advisor can drag 3 female profiles into male member's inbox or queue. When male member logs into system, he sees that the dating advisor has selected 3 females for him. He sees "mini profile' for each female in his queue (member_id, first name, location, age) he then clicks YES / NO on each mini profile. For the mini profiles he chose as YES, they get added to checkout and the total points for the 3 he has chosen, then get subtracted from his pool of points. members cannot choose their own matches, all matches are done by Dating Advisors. MEMBERS: Membership is free. Each member gets a login that includes Chat option, Inbox (where mini profiles are received from dating advisors), Google Voice number so they can cal other members anonymously, Video chat link (to video conference with other members, profile management (add/change picture, change payment options, purchase points, review points remaining, email / call Dating Advisor, Choose ala carte services (dating advice, numerology, astrology, other ala carte service offerings). If member chooses NO on mini profile, no charge but keep the mini profile in the member's queue anyway. They may want to meet later. DATING ADVISOR: Special login for employees only. These employees actually do the match making for members. They talk to each member when he/she joins and fill out a questionnaire that includes name, contact info, many other questions. They upload the member's picture for them, upload video, etc. Once per week, each dating advisor chooses matches for each member and drags female matches into male members dating queue (inbox). Member can reach his/her dating advisor any time by chat, phone etc. After each date, member tells dating advisor how the date went and dating advisor puts info on backend, so that they can match better in the future. ADMIN LOGIN: This login has access to everything. Can give free points to members, delete member, put membership on hold, review payments made by members, add / remove ala carte service offerings, change website content (CMS), etc. EVentually there sill be mobile sites created for smartphones. Perhaps there will be iPhone app so members can view inbox on smartphone too. Many more ideas and features.
