I need a logo for my start up real estate company called Impact Realty Services. The colors that I have in mind include orange and green (with the following being optional: black, light shades of blue, and gray). The design can include a Penguin or house (or neither). Ideally, I’d like to see a draft with one of each: a house incorporated into the logo, or the penguin incorporated into the logo, and one without any images incorporated into the logo. ***My budget is $30-$60*** for the following: 1. I need full copyrights to the final image 2. Unlimited revisions 3. Full color, Grayscale, and Black & White versions 4. Minimum 5 logo concepts 5. High Quality Resolution (hi and lo) formats (.jpg, .tif, .psd, .bmp, .eps) 6. This will be used on business cards, stationary, website, and promotional materials 7. Business Card working samples can be in pdf form, but the final result needs to be submitted as a Microsoft Publisher 2007 Document (*.pub) document to allow editing of employee details. 8. The business card sizing should be full bleed size: 90mm x 52mm (1062 x 615 pixels). 9. Final Logo / business card design / Design for stationery / Letterhead should be ready for print use 10. I want a clean design that's not overly done or too busy
