I have an icon (already made) that is very simple in design but large in size (1000+*1000+ px). I have attached a SIMILAR picture here but I will provide the actual file in .psd to the successful winner.
I need the image re-scaled down to 16*16px and to appear very SMOOTH in browser tabs with a transparent background.
This should be a very simple project and won't take more than 15 minutes.
I will pay $15 for this to be done.
