500751 Complete wordpress website + member section

I would like to have a complete website + member section build in Wordpress.

I would also like to have simple logo made.

The site is going to be an open market place, where merchants can post product offers to the public.

Users can look through the products through the site search, categories or receive offers via RSS feed or Email (FeedBurner)

This is how the site should work:

First a merchant need to apply for a membership, by filling out a simple application form:

- First name

- Last name

- Domain name

- Store name (this is going to be the members username) Ex. [login to view URL]

- Which products he is selling

- Email

- Confirm Email

- Accept Terms and Conditions

After the merchant has sent his application, I will then personally look through his website, to see if it's violating the Terms and Conditions.

If the web shop pass, then I will activate the member from the administration.

I will then send the merchant a mail, with his username and password, saying his account is now active and he can change his password from inside the member area.

After a merchant has been approved in to the network, he can start to post products on his member page.

(The merchant can also add his member URL link to his website, to attract more subscribers.)

Ex. [login to view URL]

When a user goes to the merchants member page, they can subscribe to that specific merchant's offers.

Either through RSS Feed or Email.

(Everytime a new member page is created, a RSS link should also be created for that specific member page - I will then convert the RSS link in FeedBurner and add the new RSS link (RSS Feed and Email subscription) to that specific member page through the administration.)

Everytime the merchant posts a new product offer, his subscribers will get notified via RSS Feed or Email and can then go to [login to view URL] to see the merchant's product offers.

If they like what they see, then they can click on the “Shop Now” button and it will take the user to the product page on the merchants website.

The merchant has a full overview over his FeedBurner stats and subscribers from within the member area.

The merchant can also create categories within his own member area, that he can file his products in.

(Member Area)

Main Functions:

- Post

- Categories

- FeedBurner Stats

- Member page information

Here the merchant can create new posts.

When a merchant creates a new post, he has to fill in:

- Headline

- Post text (Limited text - see "5. Member Page - Product Description" for explanation)

- Before price (USD $)

- Saving percentage

- New Price (USD $)

- Product link (for "Shop now" button)

- Upload picture

After the merchant has filled in all the information needed, he has to choose a "site category" and one of his own categories.

The new post will then be visible in one of the "site categories", his own category and in the "New Offers" category.

A "site category" is the categories that I make from the admin. (sub-categories and sub-sub-categories are included)

His own categories is the categories that the merchant can create from his member area.

Every time a merchant adds a new post to the site, it should also be visible in the "New Offers" category.

The merchant can also edit/delete/change categories for each post.

Every post that gets created is going to be a sub-page to the member's URL.

If [login to view URL] (username – thinkgeek) creates a post, it would look like this:

If the member has filed the product in his own category called “gadgets”, it will look like this:

If a user finds the product through the site search or category search, it will take the user to:

When a subscriber receives offers through RSS Feed or Email, it will automatically take the subscriber to the specific product URL.

Here the merchant can create categories within his member page, that he can file his products under.

It's not possible for the merchant to make sub-categories, only main categories.

Each category made, is going to be a sub-page to his member URL.

If the members URL is:

Then with a category called "Gadgets" it would look like this:

(FeedBurner stats)

Here the merchant has a complete overview over his feed stats.

When a merchant has been accepted in to the network, I will personally create a FeedBurner link for him and add it into his FeedBurner Stats plugin within his member area and check that the function is working properly.

The FeedBurner stats, should also be visible as a dashboard widget, so the first thing the merchant sees when he logs in, is his feed stats.

(Profile Information)

Here the merchant can edit his public information:

- Upload logo

- Write a BIO text (Limited text)

- Change his password

It's not possible for the merchant to change his domain name. When I create the account for the merchant, I will register the domain name and only I, can change these informations from the administration.

Main functions:

- Content management

- Member management / overview

- Post management / overview

- Slider management

- Category management

- Google analytics

(Content management)

Here I can edit the text on the site / information areas.

(Member management / overview)

Here I can edit / delete member information.

Also embed the FeedBurner RSS and Email link for each member, to activate the function on their member page.

(Post management / overview)

Here it should be possible for me to go in and edit/delete/change category for the merchants posts.

It should also be possible for me to have an overview over how many posts there are on the site.

(Slider management)

Here it should be possible for me to change the pictures that appears in the slider.

(Category management)

Here I can add new categories, sub-categories and sub-sub-categories to the site.

Also have an overview over how many posts there are in each category.

(Google analytics)

Here I have a complete overview over my visitors.

Every URL created should be SEO friendly, so it can easily be found through search engines. I would also like to have a sitemap created, so I can add the site to Google Webmaster Tool.
