For our community website [login to view URL] we want to extend our plugins for our JW player based video player. There are also some other flash applications like a TV program scheduler, which need upgrades and redesign. For this we are searching for a flash developer who has expert knowledge in flash development, experience with video player, JW player, streaming servers like FMS or wowza, GUI design and XML. PHP knowledge would be good as well.
