Flash Form

I have a website purchased at [login to view URL] all in flash and I need someone to get the estimates form to work. The form takes inputs from the user and includes drop down menus, checkboxes and plain fields which inputs need to be taken and sent to an email address using PHP as this software is already installed on the server. The template can be seen at [login to view URL] and the estimates form is the only thing left I need working. I need someone to make it work making sure that the required field are filled before being able to send the form. Also I need to change the drop down menus options. Thanks and good luck bidding....
