Action Script AS3 SVG Path Animation Slides Recording Adobe Air

Hi, Summary: Animated Slides Videos I need an application that: - Should run on PC/MAC (Adobe Air). - Have a canvas to add svg images and regular images (jpg,gif,png), I should be able to resize them and move them around the canvas. - Regular images will enter the canvas using a slide effect from bottom to it's position. - The svg images are SVG path animated images, so you need to be able to display the SVG animations, default time 100ms or match them with AUDIO tracks: - I should have a PREVIEW tab/window to preview the images before adding them to the canvas, we will include images, and the option to add images from the computer/user (resize them to FIT the canvas if they are too big). - I should be able to add AUDIO tracks that match each animation, if this audio file last 3 seconds, then the SVG path animation will last 3 seconds and then stay there to allow the NEXT animation to start... - IMPORTANT, we will get this audio tracks from a url, I'll give you the URL and a few parameters to use.* - I should be able to add TEXT and display it gradually (effects), like when writing, each font slowly. The text speed should match its audio track (default 100ms). I should be able to choose font type and color. (the size is done on the canvas). - I'd like to add some effect to the animations, I need an image to follow the path animation. I should be able to change this image from a menu of images (that I'll provide). - I want to add text on the canvas and be able to resize it and move it - I should be able to add background music (mp3) _ that's for all the project (all the slides- if the animation is short we cut it and fade it out, if the animation/slides last longer than the mp3 song then you LOOP it - fade it out at the end). - I should be able to add more slides and have a effect between them (transitions). On each slide I can add NEW svg or regular images or audio tracks... - The svg path animation, the regular images and the text animations SHOULD match the duration of the audio tracks from the url (some last 1 seconds, other last 3 seconds)...if not audio track available we default the speed of the animation to 100ms. (I'll give you that url and more details). *- These audio tracks are very important, they need to have the proper spacing and the right settings, consider this as one of the cores of this app, I have code on c# and javascript that shows how to use it right, you should consider that when bidding (knowing about javascript or c#). - I should be able to preview the slide animation or all the slides before exporting/recording to video. - I should be able to save project, save as, load. - I have a GUI designed already, we can make it very similar, we will add some links and backgrounds to make it look nicer. - Finally I should be able to record it in mp4/mkv/flv/wmv at 1280 x 720 (mind that the canvas is 640x360 - scaling it to a bigger size when recording - but all the elements on the canvas will be proportional to the final resolution - default 1280x720. - Some simple extra requirements could be add it later but that's 99% of what we need, consider that too. TIP: you can use Red5 to record the audio and video. I have an application done by myself in other platform as an example, with all that functionality from above, I can show it to you if you are awarded this project (I'll make a video).
