Experienced Freelance Fashion Designer needed for Start-up Activewear Label

Hi, We are looking for a freelancer experienced in designing activewear to develop designs from research -> concept-> moodboards -> illustrations -> technical package with measurements that can be used for garment production. Note: If you have experience with making activewear/clothing patterns/marking/cutting/grading and is interested in producing the first sample of each style, please message me with a quote for full design package from design -> producing first sample. You will need to be dedicated, driven, creative, open-minded, engaging, proactive and make adjustments to the designs until they meet the requirements. Please ensure you provide a portfolio of previous relevant work and indicate where applicable experience in research, developing moodboards, drawing sketches, designs, using CAD, brands you have worked with etc. Having knowledge of latest trends and fashion in fitness apparel is essential. Designs will be paid on a per pattern/design basis. Ideally you will reside in Sydney, Australia but we are open to hiring the right person interstate/overseas with prospects of working together on future collections. We are a start-up upscale stylish activewear brand. The initial range will be for summer featuring around 10 designs consisting of sports bras (2), tank tops (2), hoodies (2), full length leggings (1), 7/8 leggings (1) and shorts (2). We are looking for a fashion designer that has worked in premium athleisure wear. The designs must be original and MUST NOT infringe on copyrights. Other questions: -How long will it take to complete 8 designs from concept, mood boards to tech packs? -Can you break down each design phase from start to finish so I know what to expect? -I notice your currently working on five other projects, will you have time to commit to my project? - Will measurements be provided in the tech packs? -Once samples are made by the factory, how do I ensure they meet the specs indicated in your tech pack? How much do you charge to check samples or is that included? - Will fabrics, trims and colourways be included in the designs? - If I show you designs I like, can you recreate an entirely different range that target the same/similar customers? - How will the sizes of the range be developed to ensure perfect fit?
