Facebook Ads Media Buyer

Hello, I'm an owner of a Digital Marketing Advertising agency that's looking for an expert Facebook media buyer with extensive experience working with established chiropractors and other medical practitioners. I hold a very high standard for myself and for my team, and although we've recently transitioned into the medical space for ~3 months, we're growing quickly, and consistently have a full pipeline of medical prospects looking for a premium Facebook Ads service to help them receive qualified leads for their practices. You must: ? Be highly creative and comfortable with unorthodox, bold thinking. We're not here to get passable results for clients - we're here to completely blow them away and eliminate the competition. ? Have CURRENT case studies of Chiropractic or medical practitioner clients you've personally run ads for in the past, and be comfortable with referencing them to potential clients as we grow together. ? Screen share ads manager results on our interview (held on Zoom). I will sign a non-disclosure if necessary. ? Have a framework you've personally tested and refined for everything from testing to optimization to scaling ? Possess a strong understanding of your edge. We want someone who can add their own creative touch to these ads. (what makes you different from other media buyers) ? Be fluent in English ? Be open to a long-term working relationship ? Have a strong understanding of HIPPA compliance when creating ads ? Thrive in a lean, remote, startup environment where teamwork is important, but working well autonomously is essential Job Responsibilities: ✔ Full reign over Chiropractic clients' Facebook Ad accounts ✔ Brief account auditing to facilitate client acquisition process (only for clients who show strong interest and are near the close) ✔ In-depth research process using clients' past ads, data, audience insights, and competitors' ads, and if applicable, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar platforms ✔ Mapping out a customer-centric Facebook Ads funnel that retargets the full spectrum of warm and hot traffic ✔ Setting up all ads, including advanced copywriting and segmenting audiences appropriately ✔ Clear testing structure with minimum thresholds for all applicable KPIs ✔ Daily campaign optimization ✔ Scaling accounts sustainably and aggressively with a minimum 2x+ ROAS on TOF, and minimum 4x - 8x+ ROAS on MOF and BOF. Pay is on a client-by-client basis. Your monthly payment can range from $1k - $2k per client, PAID TO YOU UPFRONT. You WILL get plenty of opportunities for client work - I put 100% into making sure my team has actual clients to take on instead of twiddling their thumbs and wasting their time. That said, there has to be a mutual understanding that the more we keep each other in the loop, work together, and strive for a deeper understanding of each other's systems & processes, the faster we all grow. Lastly, you MUST have STRONG case studies to leverage (4x ROAS or above, account-wide). We have our own that we utilize regularly, but having more case studies with established brands will always stand to benefit all of us in closing larger clients.
