Facebook apps

Do you have experience of writing Facebook applications? If so, I have a couple of PHP based applications, very simple ones, which I want to produce as Facebook apps. I have read the FB developer info and while I could take the time to learn the API, I think it's better that somneone who already knows how to do that writes it, because I'm going to use that knowledge infrequently. Please only contact me if you already know how to write a Facebook app, then I'll fill you in on the details of what the app needs to do - basically display random quotes in a specific visual format.
