I am currently employed as Front Counter Sales / Office Support, work Monday-Friday 8-5 CST & am looking for a part time position that I can work outside of those hours. I have 4 years of experience as a Remote Sales Support Rep. / Administrative Assistant/ Damage Claims Specialist & have been doing freelance Administrative work for 6 years. I have data mining, internet research, & bookkeeping experience & over 15 years of experience in various customer service positions. I am detail & results oriented, reliable, adaptable, and hardworking with diversified abilities. I have working knowledge of order processing, web research, handling cash transactions & digital payments, shipping & receiving, inventory management, project management, bookkeeping, & network administration. I am adept with the latest technology & proficient in Microsoft Office & most other programs, desktop applications, & operating systems. I have experience in most aspects of administrative work such as appointment setting, transcription, proofreading & editing, data entry & processing, web research, email management, records management & general office management. I can work up to 20 hrs a week as needed & am available to start right away. I believe I have the skills & experience needed to do a great job.
