We are requiring an experienced "high attention to detail" bookkeeper with pastel/zero experience.
Advanced excel skills are needed.
We would ideally like a book keeper that has done work in the accommodation rental industry.
The ideal candidate needs to be able to work on our premises in Camps Bay,Cape Town at month end to:
process bank statements and write up our books
in put overhead expenses
check and calculate our vat schedule and submit vat return (bi monthly)
summarise petty cash expenses
monthly payroll of 2 staff
2 years of books need to be processed first then book keeping is needed on a monthly basis when up to date.
