Develop and deliver functional training for new employees virtually, through e-learning and on-the-job training
Designed and expanded 10 learning programs/courses based on the needs of Adams
Monitor and review the progress of learners through evaluations, and surveys using Typeform
Collaborate with Recruitment Managers and the Official Trainer to coordinate and support them in offering training
Manage, configure and assist in setting up our learning management system (Go1) for professional employee development
Be the point of contact for the LMS software provider
Coordinate all elements of programs such as scheduling training, booking spaces, and assigning the right courses to the right employees
