For a research project I need to transform the txt data export of the results of a scientific search engine in to the correct excel format. The metadata of a scientific contribution is represented block-wise in the txt file - there the title is represented with a T in the beginning, authors with an A, journal types with aB, publication date with a D and the abstract with a X (all others fields are not relevant). As every publication has a different number of authors or some fields are not filled out, every "block" has a different length which makes it quite hard for me to automate the transposition. In the end I want the data to look like in the provided screenshot showing the title, authors, journal type, year and abstract row-wise. (screenshot shows the desired solution for the first "block" of the txt file) I have 4 of those txt files with overall about 700 of those publications which I want in two excel sheets.
