I need the attached Excel file to link into an Access Database. Lets have the excel file saved on the desktop so that when Access Database is sent to me, I can simply save the excel file on my desktop so the linking is in place. As you can see, there are 7 tables in excel that should each link into Access as a table.
From there, I need a report created ONLY for the city of Austin with the following filters. Once Austin is done, I can simply make a copy of the report and link it to the other city tables.
Zip Code – Select one or multiple
County – Select one or multiple
Submarket – Select one or multiple
Type – Select one or multiple
Asset Class – Select one or multiple
Units – Select Range - =<, =>, or between a set range (e.g. 100 to 200)
Avg. – Select Range - =<, =>, or between a set range (e.g. 650 to 900)
YOC – Select Range - =<, =>, or between a set range (e.g. 1980 to 1989)
Sale Date – Select Range - between a set range (1/1/2016 to 6/30/2016)
Sale Price – Select Range - =<, =>, or between a set range (e.g. $1,000,000 to $5,000,000)
/Unit – Select Range - =<, =>, or between a set range (e.g. $75,000 to $100,000)
/SF – Select Range - =<, =>, or between a set range (e.g. $45 to $100)
Would like to be able to drill down by selecting more than one criteria (e.g. Asset Class and Sale Price).
Once this filter is setup, I would like to choose fields to show in a report. The report would look like the attached PDF file without any pictures of the property or the map. It will show every field in the excel file. I want the report to look very similar to the attached as many fields are the same.
