I am looking for a spreadsheet to unify staff shifts, flight bookings, accommodations/room assignments, cost tracking. We have 3 main spreadsheets that we work from. We also have a master contact list which should be used to populate other documents we use, like a roll call 'safety meeting' check sheet.
The nature of the business is a mainly construction and we offer guest accommodation, but it is not a hotel and is not for profit.
- Scheduling of regular staff shifts.
- Scheduling of contractors arriving on site
- Assigning accommodation for staff & contractors
- Adding all arrivals to arrival log, currently "flight log"
- Adding all arrivals to 'master contacts' spreadsheet
- Creating documents from the master contact list, like Non Disclosure Agreements, Medical Forms, Waivers, etc and generating emails
- saving flight itineraries
- updating flights for any changes to shifts or arrivals/departures
- notification of other arrivals like courier deliveries, items arriving by air cargo, or sea freight, etc.
- a visual output for the shifts and other scheduling tools
This may be more than one spreadsheet to work from, but to unify as much as possible, lock down sheets that could be inadvertently changed by mistake and error checking for accuracy.
The files must not be of a proprietary nature and should be fully customisable by myself or any of my colleagues. I do not intend to share, sell or distribute the files for a financial gain.
