Excel Data Calculation

I pull data from an internal website. It contains numbers and process times. for the most part, each day has the same process time (1600, 1700, 2230) however sometimes there is an additional time or like on Sundays there is only a 1600 process time. I need to be able to pull specific data from each time for calculation on a separate sheet. Also, the data I pull updates regularly and as time passes the process times fall off (After 4pm the 1600 is off the data sheet). Look at my file for more information.
