Data Research & Detailed Listings -- 2

We are looking for a team to help conduct a data audit of Australian Real Estate Property Trust's (REIT's) and compile a detailed list of their commercial and industrial building portfolio data. We will provide an initial list of REIT names and a reference URL for each. You will build on this list by researching ASX listed companies under the category of "Real Estate" at [login to view URL] and adding those to the master list that have commercial and/or industrial buildings located in Australian capital cities. Once the master list is completed, we need you to research and list each commercial and industrial property that each REIT owns in Australian capital cities. You will need to list the building address, the number of car park spaces for each building, if there is a car park operator (like Secure or Wilson) and who it is, along with the Property Management Group where possible. The outcome will be a master list that details the entire portfolio for each major REIT and the number of car parking spaces per asset. Payments will be in milestones: - 1/3 on completion of master list - 1/3 on completion of details for 5 nominated REIT's - Remainder on completion of details for all REIT's Please let us know if you have any questions or need further information to provide a bid.
