Collect Information about Reviews and Restaurants on [login to view URL]

I am looking for a web-scraping expert for a short and a long-term project. In particular, I would like to scrape information about ALL the restaurants in New York. There are about 24000 according to [login to view URL], including the closed ones.

For each restaurant, besides some information about the restaurant, it is important to collect information about the reviews, with the rating of each review, the date it was written and some information about the review' writer. It is VERY important that there is information about the reviews contain information for at least the first 200 reviews that were written for the business.

Notice: [login to view URL] allows to scrape only 100 pages at the time, equal to 1000 business. However, since in New York there is about 24000 business, you can use zip codes, and run the program for several zip codes. (This is a link to all New York City zip codes: [login to view URL] )

I am attaching an excel spreadsheet with how the final project should look like.

Eventually, this project will extend to other cities, besides New York, so please keep this in mind when placing your bid.

Communication skills required: the person needs to be able to speak either English, Spanish or Italian fluently to be able to communicate properly. Please before placing your bid, read the project carefully to avoid miscommunication later on.
