Build a generic excel/vba code for stable data transformation

we get periodically various excel sheets or text-files in various formats. we need an excel/vba based solution (no addtional technology to be used used) which does only do one job: stable und realiable data transformation - structure: 1) admin tab(s) --> here the user will manage (without coding) metadata for data-delieveries (excels or txt or csv ) , expected columns and corresponding format per column , transformation rules per column and basically one button to start the relevant transformation according to managed me 2) input tab (here after delievery the received data will be copy pasted into) 3) output tab (here the generated/transformed data will be available) for the user 4) job reporting tab --> show potential problems/exceptions when tools tries to transform the data (example : delievered data does not comply with definition in admin section (amount of columns or name of columns or delievered or dataformat not complying for correct columns, aso) , generated exception list + generate corresponding error/exception message remarks: - must be based on excel/vba, no addtional technology to be used, - code will be owned by client after delievery and must be editable by client (assuming client has vba know-how
