Add additional measures into an NBA dataset

I’m looking for a data analyst to help add 10 additional measures to an NBA dataset. • Matchup Specific ELO • Simple Moving Average of ELO_I for both teams with period of 3,5,7 & 10 games The dataset is built from [login to view URL] CARMELO ratings. There are approximately 7000 rows (1 per game) from the 2009/10 through 2015/16 NBA seasons. Each game taking a single row and having 42 datapoints. ELO ELO rating is a simple measure which takes an arbitrary point in time and starts all teams at the same score. For this project, each team will begin the 2009/10 season at 1300. With each game played, each teams ELO rating is either increased or decreased by the number of points that they have won or lost by. For eg. GSW play CLE and GSW win by 10 points. If we assume the ELO rating for each team was 1300 coming into the game. The GSW ELO (GSWCLE) is now 1310 and the CLE ELO (CLEGSW) is now 1290. Only games where these two teams play changes these ratings. I’d like to create a specific ELO for each matchup of teams that excludes which team is playing at home. There are 30 teams in the league, so doing this manually in Excel isn't something I want to do. Therefore, I'm asking someone to help create and execute a script that will do this work and then fold it back into the dataset. Simple Moving Average of CARMELO I’d also like to add a simple moving average of the pregame CARMELO rating for each team with a period of 3, 5, 7 and 10 games for each team. The attached spreadsheet is the first 50 rows and I've created and coloured columns where I want the new measures to be located. Speed is not the key with this project, accuracy is key. Folks that have worked on basketball data before would be a plus as is communicating clearly and asking questions. Once I have this data and am able to work it into an existing model, I will potentially have other tasks like this so developing a relationship with whomever completes this is in the back of my mind.
