Excel VBA project - need someone to help me when I get stuck

Basically I'm creating a dashboard with graphs and forms. I'm doing the coding myself but I get stuck at times. I am pretty good with the logic of programming but I'm not very familiar with the syntax and code itself. I'm looking for someone who can help me when I get stuck. Most problems should be fairly small like correcting a syntax error or giving me a simple example of some code. I expect most things to be simple enough to not take very much time which is why the milestones will be small and several questions will need to be answered to earn a milestone unless a particular question takes a while. This job will be based on roughly $10/hr for a total of $15. I've had bad luck here before so that is all I'm willing to risk on someone new. For the right person who I can communicate quickly with, is helpful/skillful and doesn't waste my time or screw me over I will keep you around beyond this $15 project.
