video transcription of 27 000 words

I have a number of videos for which I need the text transcribed (the text I speak in the video written as text).
It is freely spoken text, so the sentence structure is not good and it needs some cleaning up.
Example:
Spoken text:
I would say that... actually...actually this is what most genes do in the body.
Final written Text:
This is what mst genes do in the body.
The first video is 2h 47 mins long (26 100 words), but I will have more videos afterwards to do as well.. so please give me a quote per 1h of video.. OR per 10 000 words.
Transcription is done in englisch only.
